Each participant is in total control of their own resistance level. It is a fantastic way of getting fit and burning plenty of calories. It’s a party on a bike!!!


Enjoy the freedom of our FREERIDE group indoor cycling class! This freestyle indoor cycling class will take participants on a challenging and demanding journey. Each rider can choose the intensity at which they work by adjusting the bikes resistance to ensuring every rider gets the workout they’re looking for.

Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.


Swing Yoga has many benefits. It is very therapeutic in relieving compressed joints, sorting out muscle imbalances in the body, and inversion therapy. The Yoga Swing is unique in that it offers you the ability to stretch and strengthen, but is also a therapeutic piece of equipment that can be used to practice Inversion Therapy which is ideal for gentle, passive stretching and traction of the spine.
Additionally, hanging upside down can alleviate muscular tension and pain as well as promoting increased joint mobility and flexibility, energy levels and circulation of the blood. All these in turn promote good health and well-being.

Power Yoga is a fitness-based approach to yoga with a Vinyasa style flow. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.
Suitable for all levels and particularly for those who want to focus on strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Classes include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends, linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow.
