Phase Two: 10th January – 21st Feb: This is your 6 week challenge period to work towards achieving your goal.
For that extra push, book some PT sessions with your favourite trainer. Our trainers will also be available daily from 10 – 11am and 6 – 7pm to answer any questions you have about the challenge.
